Rafael, or simply Red Man, is the owner of Freddy Fazbear's Musical Universe Pizzeria and the main antagonist of the FFMU series.

Appearance[]
He is a tall man, who wears a red shirt that has a brooch written "Red 1971", dark gray pants and black shoes. His facial appearance shows that he already had a beard, but he shaved it and does not have hair. He is 50 years old and measures around 1.90 meters.
Personality[]
He had a more calm and polite personality. However, his personality changed after the events of 1983, turning him into a crazy killer himself.
Backstory[]
Born in 1938, in Brazil, in the state of Minas Gerais, Rafael was raised in a poor family, his father worked on the farm and his mother took care of the house. In his adolescence, he met Joey in Belo Horizonte and, from that day on, they became inseparable friends. In 1983, he and Joey founded their first restaurant, Fredbear's Musical World and created their first animatronics, Musical Fredbear and Musical SpringBonnie. The restaurant was a success, it was the most famous establishment on the entire east coast of the United States. Everything was doing very well, until one day, he started going crazy, creating theories about what the soul is and where do lost souls go. His first experiment was the murder of a little girl named Cindy. Cindy's murder took place in 1983, on her birthday party, where he was dressed as Fredbear and killed her inside a party room. After Cindy's murder, Rafael wanted more, he wanted to do another experiment. And he did. Two months after Cindy's murder, he made another murder, this time, murdering two children, Michael and Jesse, wearing a SpringBonnie costume inside the security room. From these three murders, Rafael began to be disturbed, hearing children's voices speaking in his mind that he was to blame for all that. His partner, Joey, also started to hear voices in the restaurant, as well as customers. However, Joey found out that Rafael had killed the children, after finding bodies in the costumes of Fredbear, SpringBonnie and The Master and also because of the security cameras, which had filmed Rafael's entire procedure. Joey and Rafael had an intense discussion, however, Joey didn't know that everything was being recorded by the police, which was activated by Rafael before Joey even found out. After the discussion, Fredbear's Musical World was closed, with the police discovering the murder of the three children and finding the alleged killer, the night guard who was killed by Rafael in order to not incriminate him and smear his and Joey's name. With the closure of Fredbear's Musical World, Rafael tried to reopen the establishment, this time, with different animatronics, but still containing the originals (Fredbear and SpringBonnie). This new establishment opened in 1984 and closed in 1985, due to the bankruptcy of the company's name on the restaurant. The biggest reason, and the real reason, was because of 6 more murders that took place in that restaurant. And Rafael, once again, managed to get free of this, however, the restaurant has been abandoned to the present day.
In 1987, Joey and Rafael made up again, but Joey was sad because he had received the news that his son had been found dead at a restaurant in Delaware, which was the restaurant where Rafael had reopened. With Joey's depression, Rafael saw this as a broad door to continue his experiments on souls. The new restaurant opened, new animatronics appeared and new murders were reported, this time, 5 missing children. He also formed a partnership with William Afton to help financially and with the animatronics. However, everything was going well, until, a child had his frontal lobe bitten by Foxy, which caused great damage to the company of Joey and Rafael. The company was taken to court to initiate an indemnity proceeding for the family of the child who was bitten. Rafael was the representative, since Joey was in a deep depression. And in 1989, the new restaurant was closed.
Rafael and Joey's legacy did not end there, in 1993, the second restaurant was opened, and as always, more murders. The experiment was making Rafael crazier with each passing day and year. Rafael knew he wanted to stop, but he couldn't. Until, he met a being, named Darwin Rossi. Darwin promised Rafael that he would get him out of the anguish and suffering he was feeling and going through. So, Rafael and Darwin formed a partnership too, Darwin became co-owner of the entire restaurant line. After this agreement, Rafael began to feel peace, however, his desire to kill had increased even more. This triggered him to commit another murder, this time, he killed only 3 children, however, in a more brutal way than with the others. His bodies were brutally inserted into the broken elephant animatronics. Suddenly, the restaurant was closed again, this time, it was discovered, after decades, the murders committed by Rafael. Since your first murder. Then, Rafael was arrested, however, arriving close to the police station, the police car hit a tree, since one of the policemen was drugged. The driver died during the crash, while the other was killed by Rafael. When Rafael got out of the car, he realized he was in the middle of nowhere. He kept walking and saw a restaurant, which, mysteriously, was his company. He came closer and saw that it was a horror attraction and that it was neither he nor Joey who created it, but William Afton. And there, he had to survive for 10 years trapped in that hell hallucinating with the animatronics that most impacted his life.
