The Killer is the main antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. He's the most cruel villain in the franchise (see the quote above), crossing the Moral Event Horizon several times, showing no mercy for his geaceless, sadistic acts.
History
The Killer, after his appearances in FNaFs 2 and 3, also appeared in Five Nights at Freddy's DX as the tertiary main antagonist.
His most prominent role so far is in Foxy's Adventure.

-The Killer's last words, Foxy's Adventure
When he was about to dismantle Bonnie, Foxy and Chica apparoached him. The Killer quickly went into Springtrap and a huge battle started. After defeat, Springtrap started malfuctioning. In a final attempt, The Killer tries to trick the animatronics into believing that he feels sorry and wants to redeem himself (only planning to disable them afterwards), and asked them to help him. Foxy notices he's been tricked, and upon telling his teammates, they grab Bonnie, run off and leave The Killer to get crushed by the springlocks. His skeleton AND skin then go up into several flames until nothing remains of him, leaving Springtrap to collapse.
